Fairly cheap for a riad in Morocco

Fairly cheap for a Riad in Morrocco but the trade off is dark and unclean rooms. We were originally put in a room that was on the terrace where the staff sat right outside. This wasnt too much an issue but then they started hammering the ceiling. Only when we complained we were put into a room inside the building which was less noisey.

By now we were well into "Find the Riad", on our 15-day Moroccan holiday. We located the big square in Meknes via the GPS coordinates. Even though most people in Morocco have zero English and our French was minimal, the police in the big square understood and allowed us to temporarily park in the square whilst we phoned the Riad, as instructed. A great young guy from the Riad, with English, found us easily, took us to the car park where we paid the "guardian" the usual 24 hr fee and then lead us and our luggage to the Riad. You can't find it yourself. It looks just like the photos online - much larger than many other Riads. Mint tea and a great dinner in the Riad that evening. We were on the top floor, red and yellow sheets, orange pillow cases, in a very large room. Position in the Medina was excellent. Highly recommend.

Ryad Bahia is a very nice place. The guests feel at home in a convenient and confortable tipical morocco House. Fornitures, common and privat spaces are carefuly set. You can have a wanderful view over the internal little garden and the outside old town

Hotel design and location excellent. Staffs are very good.

There is no tv and internet in the room.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und fühlten uns ab der 1. Sekunde wohl! Uns wurde direkt Minztee angeboten und die Formalitäten erledigten wir gemütlich im Innenhof. Das Essen abends war wunderbar und wirklich lecker - die Besitzerin und ihre Angestellten haben sich wirklich viel Mühe gegeben!

Bis zum Riad ist ein langer Marsch mit Gepäck angesagt. Medina von Meknes könnt ihr getröst vergessen. Die Stadt ist kein Besuch wert.

Excelente hotel, situado dentro de la medina, personal muy atento y agradable.

El personal es muy amable y el desayuno marroquí espectacular

El personal amabilísimo, atentos a cualquier cosa que pudiésemos necesitar. Nos gestionaron la excursión a Volúbilis y Moulay Idriss,nos acompañaron a sacar dinero. El Ryad increíble, bonita habitación, buen restaurante, buena ubicación.

Muy acogedor. El trato del personal es extraordinario. La decoracion y el aspecto en general esá muy cuidado. Hotel tipico marroquí con el cuidado y mantenimiento occidental.

Excelente servicio y atención desde que entramos, te hacen sentir de verdad de vacaciones. Totalmente recomendado!!

En la web pone que tiene parking público, pero no indica dónde y no es fácil de encontrar si llegas en coche, porque hay que aparcarlo fuera de la Medina, y al hotel sólo se accede andando y no es que haya muchas indicaciones.

La amabilidad del personal, el ambiente agradable y acogedor que te hace sentir como en casa. Tiene una buena ubicación.
